About Us

Hello! I am so glad you stopped by!

I’m a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, I gained diverse clinical experience while working in intensive care, medical oncology, inpatient psychiatry, and home health. Like many in the field of Functional Medicine, my interest began with my own personal health journey. I'm currently pursuing certification through the Institute for Functional Medicine to deepen my ability to treat the root causes of illness and help patients achieve lasting wellness. I’m passionate about lifelong learning and am always seeking opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills.

​Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Kevin, and our three boys — Kaleb, Hunter, and Owen. I love staying active through fitness, hiking, and traveling. I’m also involved in my community through volunteering with the local Boy Scouts and at my church.

​My approach to care is holistic, aiming to uncover and address the root causes of illness — not just manage symptoms. 

Richlyn joined Elevate Wellness in June 2024 and has quickly become an invaluable part of our team. She plays a key role behind the scenes, helping to streamline daily operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Always ready to lend a hand, her support keeps our clinic running efficiently.
